1. What is CorpusDeiPerfumes.com?
CorpusDeiPerfumes.com is the online house for the Corpus Dei Perfumes line of fragrances, body oils and products developed by Natalie Bolton.

2. Do you sell outside of the United States?
Yes. However, perfumes are flammable liquids and are classified as “Dangerous Goods.” As such, we must check the regulations for your country and your specific postal region to be certain that we can ship to your address. Send us an email at info@corpusdeiperfumes.com with your postal code and we will respond as quickly as possible. Once we have verified that it is fine to ship perfumes to your region, you may proceed with placing your order online or by contacting us directly.

3. How do I place my first order with CorpusDeiPerfumes.com?
Choose the product you wish to purchase from our collection and click on "Add to Cart." You will be taken to your shopping cart. You may then click on "Continue Shopping" to return to the shopping page and add more items to your cart, or you can click on "Checkout" to proceed to pay for your order. Click on the "Checkout" button and you will be taken to the payment page. You will enter your credit card information to pay via Paypal.

4. Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Only merchandise with a proven manufacturer's defect may be returned or exchanged with an original receipt within 30 days of purchase. If you do encounter such an issue, please contact our customer support via email at info@corpusdeiperfumes.com for further assistance.

PRIVATUS SECRETUS: If you are unhappy with your signature scent, you are entitled to one follow up visit to restructure your scent. Email at info@corpusdeiperfumes.com for further assistance.

5. Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is charged on all products shipped to a California address at the current tax rate. Products shipped outside of California are not charged sales tax.

6. Shipping & Handling Rates and Policies?
All orders are shipped via Fedex and are generally shipped out within 2 business days. Shipping & Handling rates are based on the weight of the package, where it is being shipped, and the desired speed of delivery. D. All extra shipping charges for international orders, including customs and tariffs, are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Do you have all the products shown on the Web site in stock?
We carry all of our items in stock at all times unless specified on website. Sometimes, due to high demand, a product may be temporarily unavailable. Should that be the case, we will contact you to let you know that your order will be delayed. The delay should not exceed 2-3 days. Please bear in mind that products are handmade and that can factor in to availability and delivery.

8. How do your products compare to other similar products available on the market?
Our products are handcrafted by Natalie Bolton in Los Angeles, California. Natalie takes much pride in the love and sensuality she has created. Corpus Dei perfumes are one of a kind.

9. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
You may order online and have the order shipped to an address different than your billing address, but if you would like to have parts of an order shipped to separate addresses, please email us at email at info@corpusdeiperfumes.com for further assistance.

10. Which mail carrier do you use?
We use FedEx for all of our shipping needs.

11. Are all parcels insured?
All orders are insured. We require signatures for all packages  unless specified. If you would like the package to be left at your door without a signature, please indicate this preference by emailing us at info@corpusdeiperfumes.com. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items if you have waived the signature request.

12. Is purchasing online with a credit card safe?
Yes. Orders and personal information are encrypted using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) so your privacy is always protected. Additionally, your credit card transactions on our website are processed by Authorize.net - one of the most trusted names in the payments industry.

13. Do you send samples?
Each order will be gifted a sample of other Corpus Dei fragrances free of charge.

14. How can I receive wholesale information?
Wholesale requests can be emailed to info@corpusdeiperfumes.com.

15. My order was damaged in shipping. What should I do?
On rare occasion, items get damaged during transport. Should this happen, please report the problem to FedEx as soon as possible, within 48 hours. Please inspect your package right away upon delivery. Also report to us at info@mycorpusdei.com so we can arrange product replacement.
